This on-going project consisted of demolition of existing 16,500 sq. ft. structure currently used for vehicle storage and bus maintenance. Architectural, engineering design and construction of a new 22,500 sq. ft. Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) bus garage complete with wash bay, service garage and vehicle storage as well as 4,000 sq. ft. administration offices. Project is inclusive of full site development, concrete pavement, site utilities and full development of PEMB building with mechanical system. Advanced controls systems integration into district BAS system was included as well as the implementation of all welding, maintenance equipment and furniture’s making the project a full turnkey development. This job has been moving right along and is expected to be completed by the end of this year, we will share the final end result on a later date.
