Millstone Management Group diversifies, taking on its first public sector government contract. A unique business plan evolves the company’s focus across commercial markets to minimize future economic impact.

Millstone Management Group focuses efforts on the self-performance of various trades to provide superior service and project delivery to clients. The company also delivers its first project as a construction manager, forever changing the company’s approach to strategic partnerships.

Millstone Management Group decides to further expand its office staff by hiring project management with diverse skillsets and extensive experience in government contract work, which brings a depth of knowledge to the team.

Millstone Management Group expands its territory beyond Ohio to better serve its devoted customer base.

Millstone further expands its office staff by hiring additional support in Accounting.
After years of growth, Millstone has finally grown out of its office in Gates Mills and moved into its new state-of-the-art office space in Chesterland, Ohio.
